About the C. Michael Savage Memorial Fund for Uninsured Patients

C. Michael Savage served as CEO of ACCESS from 1994 until his death in 2004. He was a proud community organizer and a dedicated advocate of social justice who devoted his life to expanding access to health care for low-income and uninsured families. In honor of his service, ACCESS established the C. Michael Savage Memorial Fund for Uninsured Patients. This Fund serves as an enduring legacy to Mike’s work by providing thousands of uninsured families each year with access to quality, affordable health care services. All proceeds from Heroes in Health Care will support the Fund.
